1. GET IN TOUCH

Start by sending us an enquiry with your wedding date, location, and a few details about your plans.

We’ll confirm availability and reply personally.

2. MEET & CONNECT

We’ll arrange a relaxed online call or face-to-face meeting.

Before the meeting, we’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire so we can understand your day, your priorities, and what matters most to you.

3. TAILOR YOUR PACKAGES

During the meeting, we’ll talk through your plans, photography style, and timeline, and help you choose the most suitable package.

Afterwards, we’ll send a clear contract outlining everything discussed.

4. SECURE YOUR DATE

Once the contract is signed, a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date in our calendar.

From this point on, your date is officially reserved for you.

5. FINAL DETAILS & PREPARATION

Around 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll:

• Arrange another call to go through your final schedule

• Discuss must-have moments, family groupings, and any pre-wedding session plans

• Collect the remaining balance

This is also a chance for us to get to know you better — so we can photograph your day naturally and authentically.

6. YOUR WEDDING DAY

Relax and enjoy your day.

We’ll be there to quietly document the moments as they unfold, focusing on real emotion, genuine connection, and the story of your wedding.
